Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in our general dentistry practice. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate professional who shares our commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promotes oral health awareness.

About the Role:

As a Dental Hygienist at our office, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive dental care to our patients. You will spend approximately 60 minutes with each patient, allowing you to provide personalized attention and thorough cleanings. Your day may include seeing one or two patients at a time, giving you the flexibility to manage your workflow effectively. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and laser systems, to enhance our patients’ experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dental cleanings and assessments, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Take patient medical histories and conduct oral cancer screenings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and enter data using Eaglesoft and DEXIS software.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Active dental hygiene licensure (MSBDE).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting, preferably in a general dentistry practice.
- Proficient with digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and dental lasers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
