Frisco, TXWe are a modern private dental practice seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in a busy general dentistry setting. Our office is a 5-operatory PPO and fee-for-service practice focused on high-quality patient care, smooth workflow, and efficiency. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is confident, professional, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.
In this role, you will assist chairside during a wide range of general dental procedures, prepare treatment rooms, take and process X-rays, sterilize instruments, and help maintain strict infection control standards. You will also support patient education, review treatment plans, and help ensure each visit runs as smoothly as possible. Experience with Open Dental is required, as accuracy with charting, scheduling support, and recordkeeping is important in our daily operations.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and a friendly approach with patients and coworkers. We value team members who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent care.
