This position is ideal for an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in their work, enjoys collaborating closely with the doctor, and values being part of a small, highly skilled clinical team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and confident in taking ownership of their role. They should be a self-starter who can work independently, solve problems effectively, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while also educating patients and helping them understand their treatment and oral health needs.

Because our office performs a wide range of procedures and utilizes advanced digital technology, this role is best suited for someone confident in their clinical abilities and comfortable assisting in a comprehensive dentistry environment.

I know what it’s like to work for a bad practice. I feel like I wasted 4 years of my professional life. A classmate told me about Cloud Dentistry. In the past 8 months, I have worked in numerous practices, had better instrumentation to practice my craft, and have felt a great sense of respect. It’s amazing to feel free again while earning more money.

I really like the rating system for both the provider and the office so that it provides a brief snapshot of the level of service provided.
