We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small, compassionate team in a one-dentist practice. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care without the pressures of high-volume sales or double bookings, we would love to hear from you!

Our practice is known for prioritizing quality care over quantity, allowing you to spend focused time with each patient. With a commitment to professionalism, we allocate 40-50 minutes per patient, ensuring that you have ample opportunity to perform thorough cleanings, oral cancer screenings, and patient education. We believe in a respectful and supportive work environment where you can truly make a difference in our patients’ oral health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oral hygiene assessments, including thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and maintain patient records for recall.
- Collaborate with our team to develop individualized care plans and address patient concerns.
- Utilize digital radiography to aid in the assessment and treatment planning process.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring appropriate time is allocated for each patient.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental hygienist.
- CPR certification is required.
- Proficiency in scaling, root planing, and digital radiography.
- Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
