Bonita Family Dental is a full-service, multi-specialty practice caring for patients of all ages. Our mission is simple: create a dental home where excellent care is delivered gently, in a clean, relaxing environment, by a team that takes pride in its work. We're growing, and we're looking for a dependable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join us.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with an occasional Friday or Saturday shared on a rotation among our assistants. Most weeks, that means a three-day weekend.

What you'll do
Assist the doctor chairside during procedures, seat and prepare patients and help them feel comfortable, set up and break down operatories, process and sterilize instruments following infection control standards, take radiographs, keep charting and records accurate, and support the front office when needed.

What we're looking for
Dental assisting experience in a private practice, a strong understanding of infection control, a friendly and professional chairside manner, and a team-first attitude with reliable attendance. Availability for an occasional Friday or Saturday on a shared rotation. Current BLS/CPR certification is required. A California radiation safety (X-ray) certificate is [required/preferred]. This role is for a Dental Assistant; an RDA license is not required.

Big plus if you have experience in
Orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or oral surgery. Because we offer so many specialties under one roof, assistants who can move between procedures thrive here.
