We are a busy, well-established general dental office seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our exceptional team. With nearly 30 years of service in our community, our single-doctor private practice boasts a loyal and consistent patient base that values quality care and exceptional service.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will have the opportunity to work in fully equipped hygiene rooms featuring ultrasonic scalers and a complete set of hand instruments, ensuring you can provide the highest level of care to your patients. We are committed to quality patient experiences, offering full hour appointments for teens and adults, while allocating 40 minutes for younger patients. This allows you the time and flexibility to build relationships and address your patients' needs thoroughly.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience, though we are open to considering exceptional new graduates eager to make an impactful start in their careers. Our office hours are Monday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of adding more hours to accommodate our growing patient base.
In this role, you will enjoy working one-on-one with patients, dedicating substantial time for their care: one hour for adults, 90 minutes for new patients, and 40 minutes for children. We prioritize your safety, providing comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Our practice values the well-being of our team members, offering competitive compensation starting at $50/hour, commensurate with experience, in addition to benefits such as paid time off (PTO), a 401(k) plan, and health insurance.
