Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Part-Time General Dentist!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate General Dentist to join our established dental office, known for its laid-back atmosphere and commitment to high-quality patient care. Our practice proudly operates under a dual PPO/FFS model and serves a diverse patient base, providing a balance between preventive care and personalized treatment plans.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive staff that includes 2-3 dental hygienists, 3 skilled dental assistants, and 4 efficient front desk professionals. Your role will involve delivering comprehensive dental care, including examinations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, adhering to our conservative treatment philosophy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work closely with hygienists and support staff to ensure streamlined operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to our practice approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.

What We Offer:

- A competitive hourly rate of $100/hour (1099) with the opportunity for 30% adjusted production, ensuring you are compensated fairly based on your contributions.
- Daily guarantee or production — whichever is higher.
- All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks, to ensure your safety and that of your patients.
- Ample parking available for your convenience.

Our schedule includes flexible part-time hours, with a 1-hour lunch break on Thursdays, and early finishes on Fridays at 1 PM.
