Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Treatment Plan Coordinator – Patient Care Specialist who is passionate about helping patients understand their dental health, treatment options, and wellness-based care plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys building trust with patients while supporting our team.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and guide them through their treatment plans
Review treatment options, costs, and financial arrangements clearly and compassionately
Communicate with patients about insurance coverage, financing, and scheduling
Coordinate follow-ups and ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate records in the dental software system
Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and oral-systemic health
Collaborate with the dental team to support patient-centered care
Help patients start and complete their recommended treatment
Preferred Skills (Training Provided)
Experience with dental software
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and financing options
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualifications:
Dental office experience(2 to 3 years)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and flexible
Interest in wellness and patient education
