Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Denver, CO38th Modern Dental is an established general dentistry clinic located in the Denver Highlands. We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team full-time, Monday-Thursday. Our ideal Dental Assistant will bring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented focus to our practice. We prefer that candidates have 1 or more years of experience in general dentistry, but are open to training a new dental assistant that is eager to learn. Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-4pm
Compensation: $22-$26/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
*Assist the dentist chairside
*Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
*Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
*A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
*Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
*Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
*Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
*Provide post-operative instructions
*Stock supplies, order supplies, and any additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
*Active CPR Certification required
*X-Ray Certification Required
*1+ year(s) of experience in general dentistry preferred
*Dental Assistant Certification preferred
