🦷 Your Role: Treatment Coordinator / Front Office
As the welcoming face of our practice, you’ll guide patients through their orthodontic journey with clarity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Answer phone and email inquiries promptly
Present orthodontic treatment plans with confidence and enthusiasm
Explain financial options clearly and compassionately
Follow up with patients to achieve strong case acceptance
Ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and excited about their smile

✅ Skills & Requirements
The right candidate will have:
A friendly, outgoing personality that puts patients at ease
Interest in a long-term position with a growing private practice
Knowledge of Orthodontics and General Dentistry is required
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Confidence with computers and experience using Open Dental
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Reliable transportation to travel between our two offices if needed
Knowledge of Dental Insurance is required
Bilingual skills are a BIG plus (any language welcomed!)
