We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Insurance Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator to enhance our prestigious oral surgery and implant center. This full-time position is fundamental to our practice's financial success and demands a candidate skilled in dental insurance processing, treatment plan presentation, and patient financial coordination.

In this role, you will present and explain treatment plans clearly, verify and maximize insurance benefits, and ensure prompt insurance claim submissions. Your ability to discuss large treatment plans confidently and professionally will be essential in nurturing patient relationships and facilitating financial arrangements.

Key responsibilities include following up on outstanding claims, collecting patient balances efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with patients, doctors, and insurance companies. A strong understanding of dental insurance policies, alongside excellent verbal communication skills and organizational abilities, is required.
