Registered Dental Hygienist in Boulder, CO

Responsibilities
● Provide preventive dental care, perform thorough oral health assessments and screenings
● Take and interpret digital radiographs
● Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and personalized care plans
● Collaborate with doctors using intraoral cameras for co-diagnosis and treatment planning
● Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
● Follow OSHA and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
● Build strong relationships with patients to support long-term oral health

What We’re Looking For
● Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (required)
● Laser certification is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
● Hourly Rate: $53–$60/hr DOE; annual reviews & potential raises
● 401(k)
● Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid; high-deductible PPO; $80–$200/pay (varies)
● Dental: 100% in-house coverage for employee + spouse; outside labs/specialists at employee cost
● PTO & Sick Leave: PTO after 1 year; CO sick leave accrues from day one (up to 48 hrs/yr)
● Paid Holidays: 6 per year; office typically closed between Christmas & New Year’s (2 paid days)
● Scrubs & Jackets: 4 sets of scrubs/year after 90 days (team chooses color); lab jackets provided & laundered
● CE Support: Local study clubs & conferences; practice covers fees, travel, lodging, meals, plus alternate hourly pay (~$17/hr) for active CE

● Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00pm
● Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00pm
● Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00pm
● Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00pm

One of our long-term hygienists recently retired, and we are excited to welcome a new licensed Dental Hygienist to continue delivering excellent patient care in a warm, team-oriented environment.
