Front Desk Administrator

Position Overview:
 We are a locally owned, private general dental office experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front office. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in administrative and patient-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a friendly and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You will manage front desk operations by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and coordinating appointment scheduling to maintain an efficient daily flow. Responsibilities also include handling billing processes such as invoicing and payment collection, verifying and processing insurance information accurately, and assisting with treatment planning coordination and patient communication. Maintaining organized and accurate records and working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless office operations are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications:
 The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, with demonstrated proficiency in reception, billing, insurance processing, treatment planning, and scheduling coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using DENTRIX practice management software is required. Candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail and maintain a professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset.

What We Offer:
 We offer a consistent four-day workweek from Monday through Thursday (8AM-5PM), allowing for a balanced schedule and extended weekends. Our office provides a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to grow. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the practice.
