LOCATION
Rancho Cordova, CAWe are seeking a dedicated dental assistant RDAEF2 to join our general dental practice on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, patient-focused environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate should have a high school education, at least 2 years of experience, and the special skill of RDAEF2.
Responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing dental records as needed, and supporting smooth daily office operations. Strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and a calm, friendly demeanor are essential. Experience working in a general practice is highly valued.
This position offers a 30-minute lunch break and office parking is available for added convenience. Compensation is $38–$42 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401(k) matching, sick pay, and holiday pay.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and patient-centered who can contribute to a positive team environment and help ensure an efficient, comfortable experience for every patient. Cross-training is not required for this role.
