Dental Assistant II

LOCATION
Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our full-service general dentistry private practice. This is a full-time position in a professional, team-oriented environment serving patients needing all aspects of general dentistry.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and is skilled in assisting with restorative and general dentistry procedures. Strong hands-on abilities are required, including placing matrix bands, making temporary crowns, packing retraction cord, and using an intraoral camera. Excellent customer service skills and a calm, friendly approach are essential for supporting a positive patient experience.

This role offers a one-hour lunch break and provides comprehensive PPE, including disposable gowns, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, a 401(k) with 3% match, PTO, short-term disability, and life insurance. Compensation is $24-$32 per hour, based on experience.
