Dental Assistant

The Dentists of the Elite Dentistry are looking for a full-time dental assistant who can help complete patient care and grow with the offices. We are a brand new office.

We focus on General Dentistry with a specific focus on Implants, Invisalign, and Cosmetics.
We are a private-practice group, that is not affiliated with any corporate brand. We have three locations in Austin, TX. We also refer very little out and accomplish dental work utilizing the latest technology and materials. We are a fully digital office with digital Xrays, digital charts, 3D imaging, 3D printing, scanners, intra-oral cameras, and more. Also, we have added our own group dental lab for larger cosmetic cases and all restorative prosthetics.

We are willing to train and help expand knowledge in Restorative, Invisalign, Cosmetics, Implants, bone-grafting, wisdom teeth extraction, sedation, sinus lifts, periodontics, removable and fixed prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

We have two openings for a Registered Dental Assistant at this location. The RDA will focus on chair-side treatment with doctors. This is a full-time position with pay based on experience.

The position is full-time, 5 days a week, 40 hrs per week. We are closed on the weekends. The RDA will work alongside a lead RDA, Treatment RDA, Head Front Desk, a Dental Hygienist and Owner Doctor and Associate Dentist.

New grads/less experienced RDAs are allowed to apply but will start training with hygiene side before moving to treatment side.

Dental Hygienist:

Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8-12pm

Job Summary: We specialize in Implants, Invisalign, and Cosmetics, but complete all needed procedures in-house. Our team is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, using the latest technology and techniques to ensure the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:

-Provide high-quality preventive dental care to patients, including oral hygiene instruction, periodontal therapy, and oral cancer screenings.
-Use the latest technology and techniques, such as digital scanners, x-rays, intra-oral cameras, and hygiene lasers, to provide accurate and effective treatment.
-Work collaboratively with the dentist and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
-Educate patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and promote overall health and wellness.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans.
-Actively participate in continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dental hygiene.
-Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

-Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
-Current state license to practice Dental Hygiene.
-Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Knowledge of dental software systems and digital radiography.
-Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
