Avant Garde Dental Arts, a well-established dental office in Wayne, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team. Since our inception in 2002, we have been committed to providing comprehensive dental care catered to the diverse needs of our community, including residents from Wayne, Oakland, Fair Lawn, Passaic County, Franklin Lakes, and Wyckoff. Our array of services encompasses everything from laser dentistry and implant placement to Invisalign and cosmetic procedures, ensuring our patients enjoy beautiful smiles and optimal oral health.
As a Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each individual. Your key responsibilities will include performing periodontal screenings, administering prophylaxis, and providing fluoride treatments, as well as offering patient education on oral hygiene. Your expertise in antimicrobial placement, Arestin therapy, and local anesthesia will be essential in delivering high-quality treatment.
To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and sales abilities, while also being a proficient multitasker. Being bilingual is a plus, as it can enhance our patient interactions and contribute to a more inclusive environment.
