Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our private practice, offering exceptional dental care in a supportive environment. As part of our team, you'll work closely with a single doctor in a one-column hygiene setup, allowing you to provide personalized care to each patient.

This part-time position is perfect for dental hygienists looking for flexibility in their schedule. Our office operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Tuesdays from 8 AM to 12 PM. We are happy to accommodate your needs when designing the hygiene schedule, whether you wish to maintain part-time hours or transition to full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings, ensuring optimal oral health for each patient.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Perform advanced skills, including scaling and root planing, periodontal treatments, and fluoride applications.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology such as digital radiography (DEXIS), intraoral cameras, and iTero scans.
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide when necessary, and monitor patients for their comfort.

Qualifications:

- A valid Oklahoma Dental Hygienist license is required.
- Competency in various dental hygiene procedures including, but not limited to, calculus removal, oral cancer screenings, and patient recall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
