We are seeking a highly organized, high dependable, patient-focused Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to join a growing, modern orthodontic practice.
This is a full-time, permanent position (4 days/week) with significant opportunity for professional growth and increased responsibility as the practice continues to expand.
Schedule:
Four days per week-
Our office operates with a combination of patient care and administrative days. The schedule may evolve as the practice grows, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
Compensation:
$25–$30/hour, based on experience.
About the Role:
This is much more than a traditional front desk position.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our patients while helping guide new patients from their initial consultation through treatment start. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working independently while providing an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Patient Communication
Answer incoming phone calls
Schedule new patient consultations and existing appointments
Respond to text messages and online inquiries
Deliver an outstanding patient experience from the first interaction
Treatment Coordination:
Coordinate new patient consultations
Review financial options and payment arrangements
Guide patients through the treatment start process
Follow up with pending patients using sound judgment and excellent communication
Administrative:
Verify orthodontic insurance benefits
Prepare patient charts before appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Manage daily administrative workflows
Help ensure the office is prepared for each clinic day
Marketing & Practice Growth:
Build relationships with referring dental offices
Assist with marketing initiatives
Help improve office systems and the overall patient experience
Ideal Candidate:
Highly dependable with excellent attendance
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Confident discussing financial arrangements with patients and parents
Able to prioritize responsibilities and solve problems proactively
Takes ownership of their work and follows through consistently
Previous orthodontic or dental front office experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
