We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental practice on a part-time basis. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and fostering positive patient relationships. This position is now available due to the retirement of our esteemed hygienist, and we are excited to welcome a new professional to uphold our practice's standard of excellence.
About the Role:
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and high-quality dental care. You'll spend approximately 60 minutes with each patient, allowing ample time to perform comprehensive assessments and deliver appropriate treatments. Our practice focuses on general dentistry, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain optimal oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care.
- Monitor and document patient health histories, treatments, and any changes in oral health status.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure consistent, quality patient care.
- Assist in the management of the hygienic environment of the treatment areas.
What We Are Looking For:
We seek a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about dental health and patient education. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Dental Hygiene and be licensed to practice in our state. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Work Schedule:
The part-time schedule will provide flexibility with lunch breaks scheduled from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This arrangement supports a balanced work-life experience while delivering focused care to our patients.
