Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Brookline, MAWe are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our state-of-the-art multi-specialty practice. This full-time opportunity supports a collaborative team serving patients in general dentistry, periodontics, private care, multi-specialty services, and endodontics. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment and will contribute to delivering excellent patient care with a positive and reassuring attitude.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with chairside procedures, taking and processing dental x-rays as directed, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection control standards, and supporting doctors and team members throughout daily operations. You will also help patients feel comfortable, explain basic procedures, and keep the clinical area organized and ready for use.
We are looking for someone with a high school education, strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn. Prior dental experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
