Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will play a crucial role in patient care by performing comprehensive oral health assessments and providing expert dental hygiene services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough screenings during patient checkups while identifying conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
- Cleaning teeth and providing preventive care through plaque removal and fluoride applications.
- Reviewing each patient's dental history and tailoring recommendations for improved oral health.
- Educating patients on proper teeth cleaning techniques and oral hygiene best practices.
- Taking X-rays and utilizing advanced technology like intraoral cameras and the iTero scanner to enhance patient education and treatment planning.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong clinical skills and experience in the following areas:

- Dental charting
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft
- Certification in CPR
- Familiarity with iTero scan and DEXIS imaging
