Join Our Distinguished Dental Front Office Team!

We are a well-established general dental practice located in the heart of West Seattle, known for our warm atmosphere and strong community ties. Our friendly team comprises three hygienists, two dental assistants, and two front office staff members. We take pride in seeing generations of families from our area, and we are looking to add a part-time front office team member to support our day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of experience in dental scheduling and insurance verification. Proficiency with Dentrix software is preferred, as our office utilizes this for efficient patient management. We offer a welcoming and supportive work environment, where you'll find dedicated colleagues and a commitment to patient care.

Key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and assisting with patient inquiries.

We are looking for someone to work two days a week, with one mandatory day being Wednesday. The second day can be flexible based on your availability. We offer competitive pay ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, along with paid time off (PTO). Join us and be a key part of our caring dental family!

Applicants must enjoy working as a team. Competency with digital radiographs and Dentrix is preferred. Schedule is Monday to Thursday. We offer competitive wages, healthcare/dental benefits, 401k, PTO/sick pay, annual bonuses. Although experience is preferred, we are willing to train new grads. Key responsibilities include chair-side assisting, sterilization, ordering supplies, taking radiographs and keeping operatories clean and safe.
