We are a thriving, patient-centered private dental practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice is built on foundational values of care, kindness, and precision, aimed at transforming the dental experience for our patients. As a single-doctor, general practice, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive dental care complemented by a full spectrum of sedation options, including nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation, and IV moderate conscious sedation.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional oral hygiene care while connecting with patients and ensuring their comfort. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for patient education and a desire to maintain the highest standards of dental treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oral hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments.
- Utilize your expertise in Cavitron, and administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to enhance patient comfort.
- Conduct periodontal screenings and develop effective treatment plans while collaborating closely with the dentist.
- Provide thorough patient education, oral hygiene instruction, and support for patients in maintaining optimal oral health.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout their visit.

Qualifications:
- A valid RDH license, with supporting certifications in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration.
- A minimum of six months of dental hygiene experience.
- Laser certification is preferable, as is familiarity with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and the NOMAD Pro.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional patient care and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
