We're looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator who combines a passion for people with a drive for results.

The Opportunity

As a Treatment Coordinator, you're much more than someone who presents treatment plans. You're a trusted patient advocate, relationship builder, problem-solver, and an essential part of helping patients move forward with the care they need.

You'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create a seamless patient experience, helping patients understand their treatment recommendations, navigate financial options, and make confident, informed decisions about their oral health.

What You'll Do

Build meaningful relationships with patients through empathy, active listening, and exceptional communication.

Present treatment recommendations clearly and confidently, helping patients understand the value of their care.

Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, financing solutions, and payment options with confidence and transparency.

Identify and help patients overcome barriers to accepting recommended treatment.

Coordinate appointments, manage outstanding treatment plans, and ensure timely patient follow-up.

Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to deliver an extraordinary patient experience.

Take ownership of treatment acceptance goals, patient engagement, and continuous improvement.
