ASSOCIATE GENERAL DENTIST in Winston-Salem, NC

We’re seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who takes pride in high-quality, relationship-based dentistry and wants to grow long-term with a respected, 100% fee-for-service practice.

💎 WHAT YOU'LL ENJOY

- Compensation: $850/day or 32% of collections — whichever is greater, always
- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $10,000 (18-month commitment)
- Ownership Track: Phantom equity, with 5% vesting every rolling 2 years

🗓 SCHEDULE

- Tuesday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Starting next year: Tue–Thu 7:30–3:30, Fri 7:30–2:30
- No weekends, no late evenings — enjoy true work-life balance

🦷 ABOUT THE PRACTICE

- 6 operatories
- Established, relationship-based FFS patient base
- Using Curve (transitioning to Open Dental or CareStack)
- Refer out complex ortho, sedation, pediatrics, and 3rd molars
- Perform in-office: basic implants, anterior & premolar endo, clear aligner therapy, surgical extractions

👤 ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ preferred)
- Confident managing a $1.5M–$2M solo practice
- Passionate about building relationships, delivering comprehensive care, and maintaining high clinical standards
