**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dependable **Full-Time Dental Assistant** to join our dynamic and engaging team. In this role, you will work closely with our dentists and hygienists to ensure patients receive high-quality care and have a comfortable experience during their visits. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in helping patients feel at ease.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
* Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
* Manage patient flow to maintain an efficient schedule
* Take and process dental X-rays and digital images
* Utilize technology such as intraoral cameras, iTero scanners, and digital panoramic imaging
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
* Support team members and contribute to a smooth, well-organized office environment
* Assist with occasional front office tasks as needed

**Qualifications**

* Minimum **1 year of experience** in a dental office
* **RDA certification preferred**
* Familiarity with dental technology including intraoral cameras, iTero scanners, and digital imaging systems
* Knowledge of front office duties is a plus
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to excellent patient care
