Join our dedicated team at a well-established, small dental practice that has proudly served our community for over 30 years. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate part-time Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming environment. Our practice is known for its commitment to excellent patient experiences and individualized treatment plans in a general dentistry setting that operates under a single-doctor model. We are predominantly a fee for service office. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5pm
As the Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing routine dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis cleanings, scaling and root planing, and administering local anesthesia as needed. The ideal candidate will be skilled in patient education, interpreting radiographs, and identifying potential concerns to discuss with the doctor during examinations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with the ability to address patient chief complaints and help create a comfortable, positive patient experience.
We are currently looking for two days per week. You will see one patient at a time, spending approximately one hour per appointment, which includes room turnover and a doctor’s examination. On average, you will care for 9 patients per day.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of dental hygiene experience, hold a valid dental hygiene license, and be proficient in the clinical skills listed above.
