Help Us Continue Raising the Bar in Patient Care!
We’re a well-established, growing dental practice in Atlanta, and we’re excited to add the right person to our team. We take pride in being known for high-quality dentistry, great systems, and an exceptional patient experience, and we’re intentional about bringing on people who truly fit our culture.
About the Role:
Our Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about moving forward with their care. You’ll work closely with both the clinical and business teams to make sure treatment recommendations are clearly communicated and smoothly scheduled.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Walking patients through their treatment plans in a clear, honest, and supportive way
Helping patients understand why treatment is recommended and how it supports their long-term health
Coordinating and scheduling treatment to keep the day running efficiently
Reviewing financial options and insurance estimates with accuracy and care
Following up with patients who have treatment planned but not yet scheduled
Keeping notes and communication clear and consistent across the team
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a dental front office or Treatment Coordinator role is preferred
Someone who communicates well and enjoys helping patients make informed decisions
Comfortable talking about treatment and finances without pressure or sales tactics
Organized, dependable, and proactive
A team player who values accountability, respect, and professionalism
Able to keep up in a busy, high-performing office
We maintain a business-casual dress standard for our business team. We believe a polished, professional appearance supports patient confidence and reflects the level of care we provide, so we ask team members to take pride in looking the part while still feeling comfortable and themselves.
Why You’ll Like Working Here:
We’re known as one of Atlanta’s top dental offices, but we keep a grounded, team-first culture
Supportive leadership that believes in training, structure, and clear expectations
A collaborative team that works hard and supports each other
A practice that’s growing and offers long-term stability and development
If you’re looking for a role where you’re respected, supported, and part of a practice that truly values both patients and its team, we’d love to hear from you.
