We are an established orthodontic practice with over 25 years of experience serving children and adults in the Arlington Heights and Deerfield communities. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Treatment Coordinator/Assistant to become a vital part of our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong organizational background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. A minimum of 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience is preferred.
As a Treatment Coordinator/Assistant, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patients and guiding them through their treatment planning process with enthusiasm and clarity. Your role will also involve taking orthodontic recoords, assisting the orthodontist chairside, presenting and reviewing treatment plans and fees, coordinating appointments, and maintaining professional communication with patients, families, and referring doctors.
