Dental Billing Coordinator

We are a private dental office & are expanding hours & due to this growth we are hiring team members for our multiple locations. Full-time position also available at our other location.
Responsibilities:
The person in this role would be an our Billing Team. The role involves supporting their workflow in order to provide an excellent client experience, you will be supporting the staff and patients on weekdays from Monday to Friday, which includes:
Working effectively within dental practice management software systems
Interpreting and processing EOBs to post insurance payments
Contacting insurance companies & following-up on claims
Communicating with clients & diligently following-up on client needs
Reducing outstanding accounts receivable (A/R)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in dental Billing
Well-organized and analytical with high attention to detail
Proficient math foundation & skillset
Coachable with a desire to learn and grow; ability to adapt and overcome
Open-minded with a desire to help others (clients and team)
Fast typing skills and ability to navigate technology
Ability to multi-task and support Virtual Billing Specialist team members
Efficient time-management and prioritization skills
Solutions-driven with a keen-eye for areas of improvement
Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
