Prior experience in a dental setting is essential, with a minimum of 2 years required. You will utilize Eaglesoft software for appointment scheduling and insurance claims submission, so familiarity with these functions is a plus. Good phone etiquette and effective communication skills are a must, as you will engage with patients daily to address their needs and concerns.
