Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as Front Office Support!

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our busy, privately-owned dental practice as part-time Front Office support. Our practice, comprised of experienced dentists and skilled hygienists, is committed to delivering personalized and patient-centered care.

In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing processes. Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is a significant advantage, as it is our primary scheduling platform.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of front office experience in a dental environment. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will play a crucial role in enhancing our patient experience.

We believe in supporting our team members, which is why we offer a 401(k) matching benefit. Work-life balance is important to us, so we provide a lunch break of 45 minutes to 1 hour during your shifts, which are Monday through Thursday and two Saturdays a month (Saturday hours are negotiable).
