Orthodontic Administrative Coordinator – Traveling Position

Texas Orthodontic Specialists is looking for an experienced, energetic Orthodontic Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a unique position for someone who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and is comfortable traveling between our five Houston-area locations to provide administrative support wherever it is needed most.

We are a busy, fast-paced orthodontic practice with an amazing team and doctors who truly value their staff. This position will play an important role in helping our offices run smoothly and creating a great experience for our patients and families.

What You’ll Do

Travel between our Texas Orthodontic Specialists locations based on team and office needs
Provide front-office and administrative support
Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Answer phones and communicate with patients and parents
Help manage patient flow and daily schedules
Assist with insurance, financial, and treatment-related administrative tasks as needed
Support our doctors, treatment coordinators, and clinical teams
Step in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
Help maintain a positive, organized, team-focused environment across all locations

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, adaptable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You should be comfortable walking into different offices, quickly understanding what the team needs, and jumping in to help.

Dental or orthodontic front-office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, or other dental administrative responsibilities is a plus.

Because this is a traveling position, candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at multiple Houston-area locations.
