We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our thriving dental practice. With a strong, loyal patient base and a reputation for exceptional care, we are continuing to grow while maintaining the welcoming, hometown feel our patients know and love.

Our practice offers a full range of services, including general dentistry, oral surgery, PPO, and private-pay care. We are committed to providing high-quality treatment through modern technology, efficient systems, and an outstanding patient experience.

As our Practice Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the success of the practice by overseeing daily operations, supporting team development, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and driving practice growth. Responsibilities include patient scheduling oversight, workflow coordination, team accountability, financial management, and maintaining efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dental office management or leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements is a plus
Knowledge of dental insurance and practice operations
Experience with Open Dental software preferred
