OVERVIEW:

Our close‑knit team includes one Owner Doctor, two Hygienists, three Dental Assistants, two Receptionists, and one Practice Advisor.
This position plays a key supervisory role in guiding the team. You’ll also assist with patient accounts and help drive the continued growth of the practice. While we offer training on our systems, we’re looking for someone who brings initiative, curiosity, and strong problem‑solving skills.
SCHEDULE:
Monday: 7:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:15 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday: 7:15 AM - 5:30 PM
(Total hours: 39.5 per week)
No Fridays or weekends—enjoy three-day weekends every week.

Havana St. & Mississippi Ave. – near Costco, Target, Lowe's, King Soopers, Safeway, Kohls, and many other stores and restaurants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily operations including scheduling and patient flow
Check that treatment plans are prepared and insurance benefits are verified
Help prioritize urgent patients and walk‑ins
Support the Receptionists with presenting treatment plans and offering payment options
Submit and post insurance claims with assistance from our billing company
Maintain effective recall and reactivation systems
Monitor practice goals and metrics, and participate in team meetings to review progress
Submit pre‑authorizations and follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
Address patient concerns in person or over the phone with professionalism and empathy
Ensure the front office and clinical team is punctual, professional, and following office policies and workflows
Process payroll with assistance from our Practice Advisor
Onboard new employees and assist with recruitment efforts
Maintain employee records and support periodic performance reviews
Oversee completion of end‑of‑day tasks and ensure reports are generated accurately
Support practice growth initiatives, including patient reviews, referral programs, and community engagement
Assist with HIPAA and OSHA training and compliance
Perform additional tasks as needed to support smooth and efficient practice operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three (3) years of dental front‑office experience, with at least one (1) year in a leadership‑focused role (Coordinator, Lead, Assistant Manager, Manager, etc.)
A reputation for reliability, punctuality, and follow‑through
Ability to navigate and resolve team conflicts with maturity and kindness
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, curious approach to learning new tasks and solving problems
Openness to receiving feedback and using it to grow
Solid understanding of PPO insurance plans
Familiarity with DentaQuest/Medicaid (preferred but not required)
Experience with Open Dental and Eaglesoft softwares (preferred but not required)
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
ABOUT OUR PRACTICE:
We have morning huddles and monthly trainings to ensure we are supporting each other and checking in. We go out to eat for birthdays, and we have fun activities outside the office like going to Boondocks and the movies. We work hard, but also like to have fun!
We primarily treat adults covered by private insurance, with a small patient base on Medicaid. We offer dental implants, in-office whitening, clear aligners, Botox, and more. We strive to be innovative, but above all else we focus on getting to know our patients and supporting our teammates.
