Worcester, MAJob Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Hygienist
Join our well-established, adult-oriented general dental practice in Worcester as we celebrate our 80th year of providing exceptional care to our patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering dental services with respect and professionalism in a fun and engaging atmosphere. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Hygienist to enhance our practice on a part-time basis.
As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for optimizing the oral health of our patients through comprehensive assessments, effective cleanings, and personalized education. Your expertise in ultrasonics, local anesthesia, and laser treatments will be instrumental in providing high-quality care. You will work with one patient at a time, spending approximately 60 minutes with each individual, ensuring a thorough and attentive approach to their dental hygiene needs.
To be successful in this role, you should possess at least two years of experience as a Dental Hygienist and hold a degree from an accredited dental hygiene program. In addition to your clinical skills, we value a team-oriented mindset and the ability to foster positive relationships with our patients, contributing to an enjoyable and informative experience.
Our office provides essential personal protective equipment to ensure your safety and the safety of our patients. We offer goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks as part of our commitment to a safe work environment. You will also have the benefit of a 60-minute lunch break during your shifts, and patient parking is conveniently located behind the building.
For this part-time position, we offer an hourly rate of $50 to $56, based on your experience. Moreover, there is a possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future, allowing for further career growth within our practice. Additionally, our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO) to support your work-life balance.
