West Dentistry is a boutique, 100% fee-for-service practice in the heart of Jacksonville’s Riverside/Avondale area. We’re known for warm, relationship-based care, excellent clinical standards, and a supportive “all-hands” team culture. You’ll work closely with Dr. West and a tight-knit team—1 dentist, 1 hygienist, 1 assistant, and 2 front office pros—with an implant specialist visiting monthly. Our five fully equipped operatories, Schick digital X-ray, and Eaglesoft keep your day smooth and efficient.

📅 Schedule (part-time only)

Rotating 3/2/3/2 weekly cadence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no formal lunch)

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fridays & weekends: Closed

💵 Compensation & Perks

$46–$50/hr (DOE)

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Deliver thorough, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care (1-hour visits)

Diagnose and treat periodontal disease per practice protocol, including patient education and home-care coaching

Take high-quality digital radiographs (Schick) and maintain meticulous, Eaglesoft-ready charting

Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team; jump in where needed to keep the day on track

✅ What We’re Looking For

Florida RDH license in good standing

2+ years’ experience preferred (open to new grads with prior DA experience)

Comfortable with Schick and Eaglesoft (or quick learner)

Team-first mindset, upbeat attitude, and strong work ethic—you like helping the whole office succeed

Clear, confident patient communication and a passion for prevention
