Part-Time REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH)
$46–$50/hr (DOE) | 100% FFS Private Practice | Jacksonville, FL

🦷 About Us

A boutique, 100% fee-for-service practice is seeking a Part-Time RDH who values relationship-based care, clinical excellence, and a true “all-hands” culture. The hygienist will work alongside a small, supportive team (1 dentist, 1 hygienist, 1 assistant, 2 front office) with periodic implant specialist visits. The practice runs on Schick digital X-ray and Eaglesoft across five fully equipped operatories—streamlined, modern, and efficient.

📅 Schedule (part-time only)

- Rotating 3/2/3/2 weekly cadence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no formal lunch)
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fridays & weekends: Closed

💵 Compensation & Perks

- $46–$50/hr (DOE)
- IRA with 3% match
- Paid holidays (when they land on your typical workday)

🛠️ What You’ll Do

- Deliver thorough, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care (1-hour visits)
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease per practice protocol, including patient education and home-care coaching
- Take high-quality digital radiographs (Schick) and maintain meticulous, Eaglesoft-ready charting
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team; jump in where needed to keep the day on track

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Florida RDH license in good standing
- 2+ years’ experience preferred (open to new grads with prior DA experience)
- Comfortable with Schick and Eaglesoft (or quick learner)
- Team-first mindset, upbeat attitude, and strong work ethic—you like helping the whole office succeed
- Clear, confident patient communication and a passion for prevention
