Key Responsibilities:

- Provide chairside support in orthodontic procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
- Assist the primary orthodontist in the placement and adjustment of Damen brackets and other orthodontic appliances.
- Maintain organized and sanitized workspaces, adhering to our strict standards for patient safety and hygiene.
- Engage with patients, educating them about treatment options and procedures, thereby enhancing their overall experience in our office.
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure effective communication and quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least one year of chairside experience in orthodontics. A preference will be given to those with experience specifically working with Damen brackets, as familiarity with our techniques and materials is essential for a seamless transition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
