We are an all-female private practice in Northwest Austin, offering a welcoming, collaborative environment where high-quality care and meaningful patient relationships come first. As a general, single-doctor practice, we provide all aspects of dentistry with a special focus on cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and dental implants. Our team is built on transparency, top-notch communication, and consistency, and we strive to treat every patient like family.
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing practice full time. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys delivering personalized care and working in a close-knit, patient-centered setting. Because we value quality over volume, you will see one patient at a time and have the time needed to provide thorough, attentive care. Appointment times are designed to support excellent clinical outcomes and a positive patient experience, with approximately 60 minutes for routine cleanings and 90 minutes for new patients and SRP appointments.
The ideal candidate will be confident in providing comprehensive hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing support, oral health education, and preventive treatment recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential, as we place a high priority on helping patients understand their dental health and feel comfortable throughout their visit. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care while contributing to a warm and professional team culture.
This position is well suited for a hygienist who appreciates consistency, values long-term patient relationships, and wants to be part of a practice where their clinical skills and input are respected. Since our practice is continuing to grow, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact and develop alongside a dedicated team.
We offer a supportive work environment along with a competitive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, a 401(k), sick days, and paid holidays.
If you are a college-educated dental hygienist seeking a full-time opportunity in a practice that values excellence, teamwork, and genuine patient care, we would love to meet you.
