Exciting Startup Opportunity

LOCATION
Spring, TX

This RDA position is an exciting opportunity to join a 6 month old startup, Thriving Smiles Dental, located in Spring, TX 77373. You will be joining a small team where you'll be a foundational member helping to build our amazing patient experience and friendly office culture from the ground up. You'll also be a valued team member who's voice will be heard as we value collaboration, communication and teamwork. We're looking for an energetic, personable, self-starter who is passionate about helping people feel comfortable in dental settings and improve their oral health.

Initially a PART-TIME position - Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Lunch 12:00PM - 1:00 PM
We anticipate adding Tuesday within the next couple of months (4 days/wk) as the patient base is quickly growing and our 1st round of 6 month recalls will be returning.

Pay $20-21/hr.

Applicant should have a minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred and prior knowledge of Open Dental is a plus.
