Join Our Growing Dental Team as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist!

We are excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist to our thriving general practice. Our private, single-doctor office is committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients, and we need a talented individual to help us achieve our mission. The position is initially part-time and a transition to full-time can be made if you decide you'd like to continue working with us. The office hours are 7-3 Monday to Thursday with 30 minutes before and after for meetings and set up.

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will enjoy the benefits of a well-structured workday, seeing one patient at a time. You will typically provide adult recall prophylaxis with x-rays and iTero scans, spending about one hour per patient, and two hours for scaling and root planing (SRP) for two quadrants. To help with time, AI auto notes, extra software and the team is willing to help if you're having a rough day and need to catch up. While experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt as they grow with our team.

This position comes with competitive compensation, ranging from $50 to $60+ per hour, transitioning to a percentage of collections/production if higher hourly pay beyond that level is desired . Our benefits package includes bonuses, paid time off (PTO), and health insurance after transitioning to full-time.
