Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Torrance, CAWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our orthodontic practice on a full-time or part time basis. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience and a strong interest in working with orthodontic patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include assisting with orthodontic procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining proper infection control standards, sterilizing instruments, and supporting daily patient flow. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will help educate patients, answer routine questions, and contribute to a positive office experience. Reliability is especially important, along with the ability to work efficiently and professionally with both patients and the care team.
A high school education is required, and prior orthodontic experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a clinical setting focused on quality care and patient comfort.
This full-time position offers $28–$30 per hour, PTO, and retirement benefits after a period of employment. We begin at 9AM and end our day at 6PM. No one ever needs to stay later or work on weekends. A lunch break is provided daily from 1:00–2:00 PM, a mandatory ten minute break during the morning and afternoon. Parking is available in a large on-site lot, making access convenient for staff.
