What You'll Be Doing
As our Lead RDA you'll:
Lead and support the clinical assistant team
Assist in restorative, cosmetic, implant, and surgical procedures
Ensure operatories are fully prepared and running efficiently
Mentor and train new assistants
Help maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Manage clinical supplies and inventory
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
We're Looking For Someone Who...
✔ Has an active Texas RDA License
✔ Has at least 1-2 years of chairside assisting experience
✔ Has previous leadership or mentoring experience (preferred)
✔ Is dependable and takes ownership
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔ Loves helping teammates succeed
✔ Has excellent communication skills
✔ Wants a long-term career - not just another job
