Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Our busy Turnersville area office is searching for an outgoing professional to be the first point of contact with patients, helping educate them so they understand the treatment, reviewing costs unencumbered by insurance, and insuring patient understanding and acceptance of their treatment. The office manager will also manage the dental assistants and the patient schedules, and the autonomy to lead an office to achieve a common goal.

The following are the requirements of the position:
- Have a minimum of two years sales or treatment coordinator experience
- History of work in dental office
- Ability to be a team leader of a dental staff
- Active user of MS word and Excel
- High organizational skills
- Understanding of dental procedures and treatments

We offer a great compensation package with a salary and commissions, with no cap on potential, as well as the ability for advancement.
