At our practice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, delivering individualized care and ensuring their dental health needs are met. We emphasize a non-aggressive philosophy in treatment planning and prioritize the well-being of our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during their visits.

Our office is open Monday-Thursday and we see patients from 8:00-5:00pm with an hour for lunch between 1-2. We never ever work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This position will get between 33-36 hours per week.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, assessments, and education on oral health. You will work with one patient at a time, typically spending 40-50 minutes with patients who do not require X-rays, and up to an hour for those who do. This focused approach allows for thorough patient care and fosters strong relationships with each individual. T

To be successful in this position, you should be a graduate of an accredited American Hygiene School and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a general dental practice.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $46 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and dental care. Our practice is equipped with a convenient parking lot and provides a generous one-hour lunch break to ensure you have time to recharge.

Beacon Family Dentistry is currently a single - doctor/hygienist office. We are one of the practices left that is solely owned by the dentist who works there. Our doctor has owned this practice for over 35 years and offers implant service. Most DSO's are run by non-clinicians who's main goal is profit. While we believe in sustaining our business and keeping cash flow positive, we are not pushy or aggressive in our treatment planning. We do not advertise or accept HMO/Medicaid plans.
