We are seeking an **experienced, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)** to join our busy and growing specialty practice.

Our practice specializes in **Endodontics, Periodontics, and Dental Implants**, and we are looking for an experienced RDA with **endodontic experience strongly preferred**.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their clinical skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment, and able to anticipate the needs of the doctor and patients.

The Position

This is a **full-time position working between our Flower Mound and Denton offices**. The ability and willingness to travel between both locations is an essential part of the position.

We are looking for someone who:

* Is a **Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)**
* Has previous dental assisting experience
* Has **endodontic experience strongly preferred**
* Is comfortable assisting with a variety of specialty procedures
* Works efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
* Can anticipate the doctor’s needs and work well independently
* Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
* Provides exceptional patient care
* Has excellent communication skills
* Is a positive, team-oriented professional
* Is flexible and willing to work at both our **Flower Mound and Denton locations**
* Is CPR certified
* Has current nitrous oxide certification/qualification as required

Schedule

**Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM**
**Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM**

**Endodontic experience is a major plus**, but we welcome experienced RDAs who have a strong clinical background and are interested in expanding their skills within endodontics, periodontics, and implant dentistry.
