Help build a new dental practice from day one—with the clinical autonomy of a dentist, the support of an established business infrastructure, and a defined path toward leadership and ownership.

Midway Premiere Dental is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Founding Associate Dentist who wants more than another associate position. This is an opportunity to join a brand-new, eight-operatory dental facility and help shape its patient experience, clinical culture, and long-term growth from the beginning.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Founding Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to:

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Place and restore dental implants
• Perform extractions and endodontic procedures within your scope of competency
• Provide removable and fixed prosthodontic treatment
• Interpret radiographs and diagnostic images
• Administer local anesthesia and prescribe medications appropriately
• Educate patients about treatment options and preventive care
• Maintain accurate electronic dental records
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
• Support clinical-quality and infection-control standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current DEA registration, if applicable
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Two or more years of clinical experience
• Experience with Dentrix or a comparable dental software system
• Digital-scanning experience
• Implant-placement experience
• Invisalign or clear-aligner certification
• Interest in leadership, business development, and future practice ownership

COMPENSATION

Compensation will include a combination of base pay and production based on a percentage of collected revenue.
