We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our fast-paced, patient-centered practice. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hygiene care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Working exclusively with one patient at a time, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education.
- Document patient dental history and treatment plans effectively.
- Maintain a well-organized and sanitized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with our dental team to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
- Stay on schedule to accommodate patient appointments: recall appointments (60 minutes), new patients (90 minutes), and children (30 minutes).
The ideal candidate will possess all current certifications and show an unwavering commitment to patient care. A positive and upbeat personality is a must, along with excellent communication skills to engage and educate our patients effectively. You should thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional organization and efficiency.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years in a dental hygiene role.
