Part time/Full time Hygienist Postion in a steady, boutique office.

We are seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join our boutique general dental practice, where patient comfort, quality care, and a relaxed team environment are top priorities. Our privately owned office focuses on prosthetics, oral surgery, and routine care, and we serve a steady mix of PPO and private patients in a modern, fully digital setting. The practice is single-doctor, supported by a hygienist and an office manager, creating a close-knit and low-stress atmosphere with nice patients and co-workers.

This is a part time opportunity that can lead to a full time position for those who enjoy providing thorough, compassionate care and building trust with patients of all ages. New graduates are welcome, and one year of experience is recommended. The ideal candidate is CPR certified and confident in infection control, taking x-rays, greeting and dismissing patients, and performing prophy cup/flossing and scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures. Strong skills in patient education, periodontal screening, gingivitis screening, pediatric hygiene, local anesthesia, and patient records are highly valued. Experience with Eaglesoft, digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, dental charting, prophylaxis, and ultrasonic scaling is preferred.

Must have an active MA state license

Our office provides face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, masks, and office gowns through a laundry service to support a safe and comfortable work environment. We maintain a professional, fully digital workflow and schedule one patient at a time, with appointments typically scheduled on the hour based on the type of treatment being provided. A one-hour lunch break is included in the day.

We offer hourly compensation starting at $55 hourly or 20% of production, along with health insurance, PTO, and vacation days for full-time employees. Dedicated on-site parking is available for added convenience.
